| We hebben heerlijk geslapen in de mooie kamer. Het hele huis is mooi en er hangt een goede en warme sfeer. Het zwembad was lekker en de barbecue was supergezellig. Het voelde hier als thuis.

| + We enjoyed our overnight stay immensly. Owner is very much hands-on and a very pleasant individual. We had a romantic breakfast by candlelight!!! Lovely old house, tastefully renovated. Great location surrounded by wonderful countryside. Very relaxed. We would stay again and recommend it to our friends.

| + Fantastisch mooie kamer/ kasteel met hele vriendelijke leuke eigenaren. Zij gaven echt een warm gevoel. Erg behulpzaam met reserveren van restaurants, tips wat te zien enz.

| Fantastic - the two nights we spent here were perfect. Mark was the perfect host serving us a lovely varied breakfast.... with lots of coffee on tap. The Chateau has a nice warm pool, which we used and is surrounded by nice countryside. We had a good size room and shower room and use of the lounge/dining room. We couldn't fault our stay in any way and will return when in the area.

| Mark and Valérie, thanks for your hospitality. We had a great time and enjoyed our holiday time spending at your beautiful Château! You did a great job by creating the comfortable rooms with very nice bathrooms and fantastic, tasteful interior design! Château de Launay is a place to be proud of!

| Dank je wel voor dit verblijf in je prachtige 'kasteeltje'. We genoten van de bedden, het zwembad, de zon, het heerlijke ontbijt en bovenal van de manier waarop je de kamers hebt gerestaureerd, gemeubileerd en gestoffeerd. Er hangt hier een weldadige sfeer van luxe dankzij je goede smaak. Dank en wie weet tot ziens.

| + Fantastic little château... We were excited when we drove the little avenue to the place we booked for one night. Welcomed by the owner we were lead into the house which is really nicely furnished with old antiques, modern photography, warm colour painted walls etc. The room had a highly comfortable bed, beautiful view and a well equipped bathroom with a high standard. We had a really good night in this calm and quiet atmosphere. Next day we had a fantastic breakfast (fresh fruit salad with fruits from the garden, selfmade marmelade, croissants, chorizo etc.) and the owner joined us for a coffee and a little chat. He´s a very friendly guy, easy to talk to. Wish we could have stayed longer..

| + An excellent find for a few nights before our trip back to the UK. It is very well placed for all the best Normandy has to offer. We combined good food with charming local architecture, excellent country walking and sobering visits to War Graves and Battle sites, making the appreciation of our Soldiers efforts all the more poignant. Mark is an excellent host, just starting up his B+B, and couldnt have been more helpfull, recommending and booking restaurants for us, giving us use of his notebook(having left ours behind), and pointing out local places of interest. Tasty breakfast of local produce with Michelin standard scrambled eggs cooked by himself!! No hurry to move on as our last morning was met with continuous rain and we continued to chat and drink tea till almost midday at which point the Ferry called. We will definately return!! ...Nice swimming pool too!!....

| What a great find!! Excellent host, very comfy room+bed, tasty breakfast - maybe too much temptation with your home-made jams and local breads. Mark made us feel most at home, and was always available for advice on local restaurants and places to visit. He couldn't have been more helpful - we will be back. Thank you x

| + Bonjour, l' accueil était très agréable nous sommes arrivés très tard et Mark a attendu jusqu' à 23h30 pour nous recevoir, il n' était pas obligé. Le cadre est très sympathique, au calme, un petit château au bout d' une grande allée. J' ai trouvé cependant que la chambre n' était pas assez insonnorisée... Le petit déjeuné est top, produit frais : oeuf bio, pain bio... Ce couple de Hollandais ont bien décoré les 2 seules chambres de l' établissement, ils devraient en faire d' autres. La campagne est très joli autour : cambremer ( marché le dimanche matin et le jardin remarquable ), Beuvron en Auge... Un très bon moment !

| + Bonjour, nous sommes allés au Chateau de Launay en escapde, nous tentions pour la première la chanmbre d'hôte. Et nous ne regrettons pas, très belle demeure, très bien décorée et entretenue. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et agréable, de bonne compagnie et disponible si vous avez des questions. Vraiment c'est à faire, c'est très reposant alors on recommande, allez-y vous ne regretterez pas. A bientot.
