| + We loved the warm welcome, gorgeous environment country side, it seems in the department of Auge urbanism rules must be very strict such harmonious architecture half-timbered houses. We enjoyed a spacious and comfortable bedroom, as well as bathroom, tasteful decoration. Extremely pleasant hosts, wonderful generous breakfast, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, home made jam, croissants… There was also a very nice heated swimming pool. Very quiet.

"Hidden gem in France"
| + Lovely chateau in rural setting. Mark very welcoming and his friendly dog Oscar always around. Pool was a welcome bonus. Breakfasts very good with selection of cold meats, cheese and bread and croissants. Marc's recommendations for places to visit, and local restaurants, were excellent. A very pleasant stay at the start of our French trip and would definitely return.

| + Chateau de Launay è immerso nel verde della campagna normanna, circondato dalla natura ma allo stesso tempo non distante da tutti i servizi e dalle principali arterie stradali. L'architettura della struttura è splendida: sembra di essere immersi in una fiaba. La camera super confortevole, curata in ogni particolare, dotata di bagno nuovissimo. Ogni mattina viene servita un'ottima colazione dolce e salata. I proprietari di casa sono stati molto disponibili, gentili, sempre presenti ma con discrezione. Super consigliato.

| + Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce beau château . L'emplacement est absolument idéal pour visiter la région : Caen , Lisieux , la côte , Honfleur et Deauville , et le pays d'Auge . Accueil chaleureux et dévoué du propriétaire et de son épouse . La chambre était jolie , confortable et fonctionnelle . Bon et copieux petit déjeuner . Beau château dans le superbe et reposant pays d'Auge . Nous recommandons ce lieu . Le couple parle plusieurs langues . Nous reviendrons sûrement . Merci aux propriétaires .

| + Tout était vraiment chouette! Le Petit-déjeuner était très bon, mention ++ pour la gélée de Pommes maison, un vrai délice. Mark était aux petits soins pour nous, en plus des bons conseils sur les activités et les bons restaurants à faire. Nous avons également aimé les bonjours quotidiens d'Oscar, le gentil chien du chateau. ;-)

| + Arriver au milieu de nul part et accueillis par Mark et Oscar nous avons découvert une très agréable chambre. Salle de douche au top, excellent matelas et réveil aux chants des oiseaux. Petit-déjeuner varié et copieux avec en prime une délicieuse salade de fruit maison. Rien à redire.

| + My partner and I stayed there last November, and we could not recommend this place enough. Mark - along with his trusty assistant, Oscar - provided great hospitality and companionship over the course of our two night stay. His surprising skills in poaching an egg during breakfast were much appreciated- a taste of home from the other side of the world.
